We prepare all of the items from scratch each day in our kitchen and then bottle them up just for you. Everything is fresh, delicious, and without preservatives or corn syrup.
Chai Concentrate - English Breakfast tea slowly simmered with vanilla, honey, and our own mixture of various spices. Just add milk and you've got a hell of a tasty treat!
Cold Press Espresso - We brew our espresso beans for 14 hours using our own proprietary version of a cold-press. It's then diluted to espresso-strength. All you have to do is pour over ice with milk for an awesome iced latte or heat it up with water in the microwave for a hot cup of joe that'll beat standard drip any day! Add a shot of our homemade vanilla or chocolate syrups for a sweet charge... The possibilities are nearly endless.
Homemade Chocolate and Vanilla Syrups - We started making our own syrups from scratch several years ago after experimenting with countless different combinations of spices and extracts. They were so popular and made such a difference in the quality and taste of our drinks that people started asking where they could get them...so...we decided to bottle them up so you can enjoy them at home. No corn syrup...No preservatives...Pure goodness.

Our Cafe Lawrence consists of medium-roasted Kenya AA and Ethiopian Yrgacheffe and dark-roasted Columbian Supremo. The medium roast is harder to achieve but it's worth the trouble because it allows the sweet, winey flavor of the African beans to be appreciated when blended with the bite of the Supremo beans.
JB's Espresso Roast consists of 1/3 dark-roasted Sumatran beans and 2/3 dark-roasted Columbian Supremo. The Sumatran beans give our espresso a unique flavor that can only be found in JB's famous drinks.
